Microscope
The microscope is a device that is useful to help magnify very small objects so that we can see it with our eyes.
The cells of animals and plants are very small. To see them, we can use a light microscope.

Cells
All living things are made up of cells. Cells are the basic unit of living things.
Animal and plant cells have different structures.
The structures we will be look at will be:
- cytoplasm
- cell membrane
- nucleus
- cell wall
- chloroplast
- vacuole

Functions
It is where all chemical reactions take place.
It controls substances going in and out of the cell.
It controls all the activities of the cell including reproduction.
It stores water and other nutrients.
It protects and give plant cells a regular shape.
It contains chlorophyll which absorbs light energy to make food during photosynthesis.
